Client Description
The client is a leader in crypto wallets industry in a segment of DeFi and NFT portfolios with both web and mobile applications with over a billion US dollars in transactions. High attention to the design and implementation of digital solutions is one of the key features right after great expertise in the topic.
Safety and transparency are implacable values of the client and that was important for the development of the project.

Client Challenge
The challenge was to allocate a ready-to-perform team that could take the whole process of project completion. We needed the whole team to have expertise in financial digital products and especially in crypto.
Our Solution
The project team was assembled in a week and most of the work was performed completely independently from the client's team as required.
The product was delivered in iterations after each of which we received feedback and corrected the direction of design and development.
Our developers figured out how to develop and test the GraphQL-based API and applied branded visual styles for the screens where design mockups were not defined by the client.

The Results
We developed an iOS application and took the product management responsibilities to handle the mobile versions of the application. It took 4 months to roll out the project. The feature challenges included:
‣ Extract and integrate parts of the legacy application into the new app
‣ The initial application had only centralized exchanges and we extended the list with decentralized ones using GraphQL-based API
‣ On top of that, we refactored the UI design of the app
