Client Description
Client is a cryptocurrency exchange platform with an existing web solution and ambitions to implement native iOS and Android applications to enable their users to conveniently trade cryptocurrencies via smartphones.
Client Challenge
Our client's biggest priority was the product's time to market. As crypto was booming at the time of development, it was important to deliver the working product to mobile users as soon as possible.
Client demanded to allocate a ready-to-perform team that could prepare the project's first release and transfer the project to the in-house development team after that. We needed the whole team to have expertise in financial digital products and especially in crypto.

Our Solution
The project team was assembled in less than 2 weeks and started the development process, deeply integrating with the client's inhouse backend team.
To ensure secure and smooth trading we used custom socket-based technologies along with self-written effective charts, which allow the user to navigate the application without any freezes or other inconveniences.
As the client planned to transfer the development to their to-be-assembled in-house mobile engineering team, we decided to use the architecture with low onboarding time yet allowing us to cover critical functionality with tests.
